Resolved Question: Can I refill my dad's prescription?

My dad has a bottle for Norco and i was wondering if i could get a refill. no its not for him i occasionally like to take a few when im bored or whatever, but i wouldnt say im an addict. i get great grades and can go without it. the bottle says 120 pills 10/325 refill 3 times before 2/1/12 original Rx 8/8/11. and theres like 90 pills left so he doesnt even use them. so what would i need to pick it up and is there a good chance the pharmacy will think im lying or call my dad or something like that. i have a school id and my last name is the same. will it also be suspicious if i pay out of pocket when it is normally payed by insurance (i have cash). its at a rite-aid pharmacy in CA and im a hs freshman. and if ur gonna say stuff about addiction and how harmful it is dont bother...
